Hi! My name is Vicki, and I am a young (or at least young in the eyes of my mom who actually said "kids your age" the other day) mom of two small children, both under 3. My son, who we called "bug" from day one (and that is how I will refer to him, as bug or R to respect his privacy), is 2. My daughter is none other than ladybug to us (well, that or attitude or baby girl or K, any of which you may see), and she is almost 1. My life is my family. I enjoy writing, and in fact have just finished course in childrens writing. The fear of not getting published and being rejected has invaded my heart, so instead I decided to turn to the less critical (????) age group of the blog world. My job, other than a part time at home job, is to make life easier and happier for my family. This includes saving money, having fun, and getting closer as a family. And that brings us to this blog. My purpose is to share my knowledge of saving money, finding freebies, enjoying crafts with the kids, having a better marriage, cleaning the house with as LITTLE effort and extra time as possible, and enjoying the good life. Sprinkled in this blog you will find projects. It would be great if you could give some feedback on these projects. Suggestions? Ideas? Stories of success and failure?
As a mommy, I LOVE finding new things for my family to enjoy, things to bring us together, and things to make our life easier. Thus, the reviews section of this blog! And of course, who doesn't like free stuff? That is frugal to it's extreme. And the giveaway area was born!
