Paint set giveaway! Friday Blog hop!!

I can't even tell you how excited I am! I absolutely love anything to do with crafts, not because I am crafty, but because of my kids. I love seeing the smile on their faces, not only because they are having fun, but because I am spending time with them. Use it as a gift, mommy/daddy and me time, just because whatever. It is awesome!........

I am SO excited for this giveaway! By now most of you know that I am a true fan of Discount School Supply. They have the best products, at the absolute best rates. I have already gotten some Christmas presents, my son has a closet full of their products, and I am constantly peeking in at their new deals. You get the same, or better, products than regular retail, at a significantly better price. I use the products all the time, on all of my crafts. I have even found that I can get most of my craft supplies at a better price then even Michaels with a coupon! They also offer free delivery for in-stock orders over $79! They have everything, from paint to play sets, to active imagination toys! If you haven't checked out the site, you should. As a matter of fact, to enter into this FANTASTIC giveaway that is worth over $50.00 at the discount school supply price (can you imagine what that would be at the regular price?) you have to do just that! The giveaway is for the items listed in the picture. There are 13 AWESOME BioColor paints. What makes the BioColor paints neat is that they can paint on any surface. You also get the Biocolor paint scraper, that cutie patootie smock to keep your little one clean, and finally, all of those wonderful brushes. The pack is valued at $50.00. So let's get to it!

MANDATORY ENTRY

Follow or subscribe to this blog AND Visit Discount School Supply and let me know what would be on your wish list for your little one (or hey, yourself for that matter!)

In addition to this, you can earn extra entries. If any of these extra entries applies to you, just leave me a comment that you are already doing just that!

I found a really cool article in a newsletter from the zoo to make bird feeders. Very cool.

1 Pinecone
Peanut Butter
Bird Seed
Ribbon

put peanut butter on pinecone coat with the bird seed and then hang with ribbon. Isn't that way too cool :)

Cool craft...
The other day I put out different color felts, let the kids cut out a bunch of different shapes. I traced their hands onto another piece, cut 2, and let them place the pieces on the hand shaped one to make monster faces, tacking each piece down with a knotted piece of embroidery thread. Put the 2 hand shaped pieces together and sewed along the outside with embroidery thread, and in 15 minutes had monster puppets.

I would totally but the specialty paper and the dots under the glue section. I love the colored masking tape too, I'd buy that. Everything is so cheap I think I might have to do an order for myself.

To bad I don't tweet or have facebook to earn more entries. Oh well, I appreciate the link to the site though.

I'm off to do some shopping. I'll let you know what I order!

This was one of my favorites when I was a kid, and that makes it even more fun to do with my kids now: Melting crayon shavings between two pieces of waxed paper with a warm iron (on LOW temperature!) to make suncatchers.
