Wednesday Frugal Fun Stuff!

Here are today's frugal fun goodies! We have high value coupons for CVS, eyeshadow giveaways, restaurant yummies (Denny's, TGIF, Boston Market and more),  DVD coupons and candy. Stupid candy. I have bought caramels about ten times now in the attempt to make caramel apples for the tricks & treats. I have eaten every bag. I don't want to know how many calories I ate.Anyway, on to the good stuff....

Get $5 off $25 at CVS HERE, it just tests your flu knowledge. Easy Peasy $5.00!

What mommy doesn't love some free eyeshadow (speaking of which, hint hint, you can enter for a chance to win some AWESOME Orglamix here soon, keep your eye out!) but for today, you can get a free Glominerals Gloloose eyeshadow HERE!

Viva Diva Cafe has a limited supply of free recipe card holders! I could definitely use one since mine are currently all in a binder, or three, or okay, ten. Regardless, get yours HERE!

My beloved Ellen recently revealed that there will be 100,000 free $15 gift codes released each week until November 13, 2009 for the Kodak Gallery store. They have a ton of items for under $15, look around, find a great gift for yourself or for a stocking stuffer, and there you go! I don't think it counts towards shipping though!

HERE are two awesome coupons to T.G.I.Friday's. One is for a free appetizer with the purchase of the beverage at the bar, and the other is for a $5.00 sandwich or salad for lunch. Remember to read the fine print!

I love DVD's, but I hate the price of them. So I like coupons like these, right before the holidays, to help alleviate the cost of the movies. Plus, these are awesome things to have in that gift box for the unexpected party or guest!
SmartSource has some great coupons available for:

  • $2.00 off for Ice Age, Ice Age 2: The Meltdown, Spaceballs, Bend it Like Beckham, Aquamarine or Flicka DVD
  • $5.00 off for Ice Age or Ice Age 2: The Meltdown Blu-Ray, Horton Hears a Who or Spaceballs Blu-Ray
Take these coupons to your local Target and Wal-mart when these movies are on sale and you got yourself a cheap movie!

Further, Disney has coupons HERE for $10 off 2, $20 off 3, or $30 off 4! They can be used on
  • Sonny with a Chance: Sonny’s Big Break
  • The Suite Life on Deck: Anchors Away!
  • Wizards on Deck with Hannah Montana
  • JONAS: Rockin’ The House
As a frugal mom hint, I don't really like the whole CD or regular DVD membership clubs, but I LOVE my Disney movie club membership. Plenty of time, I know I will be buying the movies anyway, it is wonderful.

Mark this down for your Halloween activities, Sears is giving away a free Mattel toy to little ones that come dressed in their costume! Plus, there is a $5 off $25 toy coupon! Details HERE!

Denny's has a deal through November 23rd for a BOGO! Free burger and fries when you purchase a burger, fries, and 2 beverages

Don't forget about all the other little goodies, including Boston Market where kids eat free through Halloween!

And Halloween candy, that expensive little devil. Our local Big Lots seems to have the best deals (along with the dollar store), but coupons are always useful, too! Here are some good ones from coupons.com

Or, if you are like me and don't need the extra big back that will only end up on your tooshie (or like Raising my 4 Sons and that is the only thing your child apparently can see, hee hee!) then check out the Nestle.com website for $1.00 off coupons!

5 of you are the "cool kids":

So glad to hear that I'm not the only one who somehow buys candy for the trick or treaters and then eats it myself! I'm feeling a little less guilty! :)
