 Between diets, a hungry baby that can never be satisfied, and a little plugged up boy, yogurt is a daily staple in this household. I was VERY excited when Yoplait introduced Fiber One Yogurt. No, the taste does NOT suffer, as a matter of fact I LOVE it! Plus, it contains only 50 calories and it adds 5 wonderful grams of fiber. I am constantly struggling to find things to keep in this house that I can snack on any time without feeling guilty, but also that my kids enjoy and is good for all of us.
