Personally, while I enjoy the meaning behind the "I love you, you love me" song, there are the days I can get sick of it. There are days when I want to take that singing stuffed animal and hide it in the laundry machine. But the fact that my kids enjoy him so much is enough for me to keep letting them watch him. There are really no bad things in Barney, nothing that I don't want my kids to see. What I personally like about Barney is that he has great stories for each Holiday, and these stories help me to teach the kids what the Holidays are all about.
The newest is for Easter.....

 

Barney gets together with his gang for some fun adventures with Mother Goose, her whole nest full of eggs, and a mysterious, carrot-eating stranger. Learn all about Easter Egg hunts and that wonderful bunny with Barney and his friends.

I personally love all of the kids DVD's that Lionsgate and HIT entertainment have sent to me to review (and to give away to you!). This is no different. Barney is a fantastic character that encompasses caring, sharing, imagination, fun and dance, and learning. This Emmy^® award-winning series is one of the highest-rated preschool shows today! The DVD was JUST released yesterday, and is in time for an Easter giveaway to include in that fun basket!
