When I was breastfeeding, one of my constant problems was keeping myself covered up. My little antsy pantsy would throw her arms and legs up, causing the blanket to fall, I would have to adjust, and then readjust the blanket, or my son would want to peek at what was happening. I REALLY could have used the cover me strap back then. And even though I wasn't breastfeeding anymore, I agreed to review it because Natascia Carr, the owner of Little Carr, LLC assured me that it was very versatile, and she was sure I would find a use for it. She was definitely right.

Natascia Carr came up with the cover-me strap one day as she was fiddling with her own shawl to cover up her nursing baby. She had the thought of "why isn't there a strap to keep the blanket in place?" Instead of being a fleeting thought, this turned into a wonderful creation, the cover me strap.

Very simple, clip on end on each side of the blanket and you are left with two hands to help the baby latch on, help the other kids with whatever they need, read a book (oh imagine!), or whatever else you may need to do with two hands. Plus, it lets you privately feed without worrying about the embarrassment of the blanket dropping. It is also easy to keep a teeny baby from curious eyes or colds as you cuddle up with them in a social gathering or around crowds.

Best part is that there are a ton of things you can do with this strap. I have already used it for BOTH my kids, and one is 1 and the other 3. I have used it to clip the blanket to the stroller to keep their eyes shaded, I used it to strap one side of the blanket down on a windy day to keep it from blowing around. and my absolute favorite use is as a bib. I NEVER remember to bring along bibs, and even if I do I often forget to take them back OUT of the car. With this, I just keep it in my purse, and when I meet my friend for lunch I can strap a napkin or two around my little one and VOILA! Keeps her pretty clothes clean. I have even clipped it to a thin handle of her sippy cup and she couldn't play the fetch game with me!
