I did go borrow an egg from my neighbors once... I normally just make a quick dash to the store...somehow feels easier then building up that courage to possibly look like a dork in front of someone I have to wave from my driveway. But for pb cookies, it might be worth it :) Happy PINT!
I never remember that I need either oil, an egg or butter to complete the "easy" packages of cookies or cake. But, if I have oil, there's no way in hell that there's cookie mix in the pantry.
Haha, yes we have gone next door before for sugar, creamer, mayo... I think it's a great way to get to know the neighbors! :p And I had to google what BBdish was... I never got into that show. Happy PINT!! :)
I HAVE borrowed an egg or something from a neighbor - but not like I used to, when I was actual friends with the neighbors.
Then, not only did you borrow, but you went to each other's house to watch the dish being made, and then they got the first cookie or the first slice of cake!
I miss those times (but not the cranky, nap-hungry toddlers that came with the package).
BBDish is every bit as addicting as the show itself. Ah, the ways we find to waste time. lol. I'm a new follower from MBC and I would love for you to come visit me at http://www.createyourtraditions.com. :)
13 of you are the "cool kids":
I too am completely addicted to bb!! Can't look away. Liking Brittany and Lane.

I have neighbors across the street who call at least twice a month to borrow something. It's just another good way to stay connected too.
I used to love making cookies from scratch. Now, I love the break and bake ones :) So Lazy!
Happy PINT!

LOL sounds like the same thing that would happen to me when I want to back something. I will get it all ready and realize I am out of something. LOL
I'm telling you . . . If Matt is a Mensa member . . . I'm gonna go apply because apparently they let anyone in . . . LoL!
I have a package of PB Cookie mix in my pantry too. In my defense my MIL is the one who bought it - then left it at my house!
